Refund policy
Effective August 20, 2026
Return window
Printed sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as the materials are unused.
What counts as unused
The materials are consumable and aren’t sealed, so a set counts as unused when all of these are true:
- No writing, marking, or erasing in the Parent Guide or the Student Edition
- The phonogram card block hasn’t been separated into individual cards
- No pages removed, torn, or cut
Return shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn’t refundable. Materials must arrive in resalable condition — a set damaged in return transit can’t be refunded, so tracking is recommended.
Damaged or defective materials
If a set arrives damaged, misprinted, or incomplete, I’ll replace it at no cost and you don’t need to return it. Please report the problem within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if possible.
Coaching sessions
Scheduled sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, aren’t refundable.
How to request a refund
Email learningwithoutjudgment@gmail.com with the order name and the reason for the return. I’ll send return instructions within two business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of the returned materials being received.
